RETURNS POLICY

Final Sale Items

  • Originals, Collage Reliquaries, Oracle Objects, Junk Journals, and Hand-Marbled Or Hand-Dyed Papers are final sale due to their unique, handmade nature.

Eligible Items

  • Prints And Cards - eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

How To Start A Return

  • Email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. We will share the return address and next steps.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging. Returns that arrive used or damaged may not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • If stock is available, we can exchange eligible items of equal value. Otherwise, a refund will be issued per this policy.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Late Or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank or card provider. Then contact us through the site if needed.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

  • Email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund as stock allows.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a store credit or exchange for eligible items.
